The legal stuff (kept simple)

We believe in clear language. These terms outline how Ovedo operates, what is expected from every customer, and the protections you can rely on.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Ovedo, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind the organization.

2. Usage

You are responsible for the activity that occurs in your workspace. Keep login credentials secure and follow local laws when using our outreach tools.

3. Payment & renewals

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can downgrade or cancel at any time inside the billing settings. Refund requests are honored within 30 days for annual plans.

4. Intellectual property

All product features, templates, and documentation remain the property of Ovedo. You retain ownership of the content you create with our tools.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if accounts are used to send spam, violate applicable laws, or abuse platform limits. We will provide written notice whenever possible.
