We build Ovedo for founders who value transparency and trust. This page outlines what we collect, how we use it, and the controls you have at every step.
Data we collect
We store account information (name, email), workspace preferences, and aggregated usage events to improve product experience. We do not store passwords in plain text and rely on trusted third-party providers for authentication.
How we use data
Your data powers core product functionality, delivers analytics dashboards, and sends service-related communication. We never sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Retention & deletion
You can export or remove your data at any time. We automatically delete inactive workspaces after 18 months and purge backups following standard retention schedules.
Third-party services
We use SOC 2 compliant vendors for infrastructure, CRM, and analytics. A current sub-processor list is available upon request.
